Please don't forget Valley Ranch 2nd Quarter assessments (HOA fees) are due on April 1st and will be considered late as of April 30th at 5:00 PM.
Late fees will be charged monthly to accounts with unpaid quarterly assessments. Accounts will not have access to the amenities until the account is paid in full. Please contact the Association Office if your key fob is not working or would like to make payment arrangements.
Valley Ranch (non-gated)

The Orchards (gated)
Quarterly: $231.25 Annually: $925
Delinquent Accounts
Any delinquent amount of HOA dues are subject to suspension of gaining access to the amenities upon compliance with the notice and hearing provisions in Chapter 209 of the Texas Property Code.
" Homeowners with deliquent accounts may not use the amenities, and the key fobs will be disabled."
Please do not give access to anyone without a working key fob or any unauthorized users.
