The Fitness Center is a private facility for Valley Ranch Residents. Personal trainers may be made available to Facility Users at a fee for training purposes and workout coordination.

Here at the HOA office, your on-site team is dedicated to making your time here in the community, one that you and your family will never forget. Located conveniently between the 24-hour gym and the community room, the HOA office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am-5:00 pm (lunch is taken from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm). From questions about living in an Association to just chatting about your day-to-day, we can't wait to be a part of your Valley Ranch family! Playground
The playground and splash pad are private facilities for all Facility Users.
Features: Basketball Court, Grills, Open Field, Small Pavilion, Picnic Tables, Playground, Restrooms, Splash Pad, Tennis Courts
Hours: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Tennis Courts
The tennis courts are private facilities for all Facility Users. Tennis clubs may develop detailed rules for use that may be approved by the Board.

Swimming Pool and Water Slides
Swimming pools are private facilities for Valley Ranch Residents. Lifeguards are contracted by the Association.
Spring Schedule:
March 11, 2024, through June 6, 2024
Hours: 5:00 am – 8:00 pm (Pool Closed on Wednesdays)
Summer Schedule:
June 7, 2024 through September 2, 2024
Hours: 5:00 am – 10:00 pm (Pool Closed on Wednesdays) Lifeguards are on duty & the slides are open
Fall Schedule:
September 3, 2024 through October 20, 2024
Hours: 5:00 am - 8:00 pm (Pool Closed on Wednesdays)
