If you are a new homeowner/tenant, visit the Valley Ranch Community Association Office to complete the New Resident forms and receive a key fob for the pool and amenity access.

* ASSESSMENTS MUST BE CURRENT TO ACCESS AMENITIES

General Amenity Rules

Under no circumstances will alcohol, tobacco, firearms or drugs be permitted in the Amenities or surrounding areas.
Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted in the Amenities.
NO glass containers are allowed.
The Association is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Dogs and/or any domestic animals MUST be kept on a leash at all times. THE AMENITY IS NOT INTENDED AS A DOG PARK. PLEASE clean up after your pet using the on-site pet stations provided.
Properly dispose of all trash in the receptacles provided.
Bicycles, skateboards, skates, and other similar vehicles are prohibited on the walkways within the Amenity and must be placed in the designated storage areas.
NO organized leagues, groups or school teams will be allowed to use the Amenities at any time.
Residents/Owners are prohibited from profiting financially from charging their guests for use of the Valley Ranch Community Center.
Physical abuse of other Facility Users, Valley Ranch Community Center Staff Members, vendors or volunteers is prohibited. Immediate suspension of privileges may ensue and continue until a hearing can be conducted by the Board.
Facility Users shall show common courtesy and refrain from harassment of any other Facility Users, Valley Ranch Community Center Staff Members, vendors or volunteers, or otherwise interfere with the management of the Association

Here at the HOA office, your on-site team is dedicated to making your time here in the community, one that you and your family will never forget. Located conveniently between the 24-hour gym and the community room, the HOA office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am-5:00 pm (lunch is taken from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm). From questions about living in an Association to just chatting about your day-to-day, we can't wait to be a part of your Valley Ranch family! Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is a private facility for Valley Ranch Residents. Personal trainers may be made available to Facility Users at a fee for training purposes and workout coordination.
