Rental Requests
Welcome to the Valley Ranch Amenities Reservation Page!
Valley Ranchers are able to rent the Community Room or Pavilion for private parties. You may place your rental request date no later than seven (7) business days and no sooner than ninety (90) days prior to your requested date as long as there is availability on your requested date. The reservation system counts the current date as part of the 90-day window. EX: Reservation for January 1st will open on October 4th.
Please select your desired amenity below for additional information and to complete the request form. You will also need to read and acknowledge the rules and guidelines for the use of the amenity you wish to reserve.
Rental requests are first come, first serve, and any requests received outside of HOA Business Hours will be denied. Requests will be reviewed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday between 8 am to 5 pm.
*If a reservation date is highlighted in blue this means the date has already been taken and no more reservations for that day will be accepted*
Note: Reservations do not give you access to the pool or playground. The party must remain within the rented area.
Reservations must be a minimum of two hours between the hours of 12 pm to 8 pm.
