Architectural Modifications

 

To make any physical or structural changes to the exterior of your home, an Architectural Modification Request must be submitted and approved prior to starting work. Please review your community's governing documents to ensure your proposed project complies with all applicable guidelines before submitting your request.

 

 

Residents can conveniently submit exterior modification requests through the resident portal.

1. Log in to your resident portal.
2. Navigate to Online Services.
3. Select Architectural Request.
4. Complete and submit your application along with all required supporting documentation.

 

The Architectural Request feature allows you to:

• Submit requests for exterior home improvements.
• View previously submitted requests.
• Track the status of pending requests.
• Search and filter past submissions.

If you own multiple properties within the community, or properties in multiple CCMC-managed communities, please verify that you are submitting the request for the correct property. You can confirm this in the "Your Home" section at the top of the portal or by using the property selection drop-down menu beneath the CCMC logo.

 

1. From the Architectural Request page, click + New Request.
2. Review the instructions and submission procedures carefully.
3. Verify that your resident information is accurate.
4. Enter the project details, including anticipated start and completion dates.
5. Select the type of project you are requesting approval for. Additional questions will appear based on your selection.
6. Upload all required supporting documents and submit your request.

• All Architectural Modification Requests must include the following:
• Completed and signed Modification Request Application
• Plot map/site survey clearly marked with the proposed change
• Current photo of the project location (for example, the backyard or front yard)
• Sample photo, drawing, or brochure showing the proposed improvement
