Pay Assessments
 
There are many ways to pay your association dues. In addition to paying by mail, below are details regarding four electronic ways to pay, which include recurring payment, electronic checks, debit, and credit card options. NO CASH ACCEPTED.
 
Whichever method you choose, please include your account number to ensure prompt and proper application of your payment. If you have any questions about your account or our payment options, feel free to contact the Association office at 210-688-0427 reach out to our new CCMC’s Customer Service Support Team at 1-833-301-4538.
 
The Annual Assessment is billed quarterly, on the 1st of January, April, July & October.
 
Failure to pay assessments can result in loss of amenity privileges until your account it brought back to a current status.
Payments are considered late after the 30th.
 
*Note: when you close on your home, the pro-rated current quarter amount and a full additional quarter are taken out, so you may not have assessments due for a few months from closing.
 
If you establish recurring payments with Alliance Association Bank and your assessment changes, it will be necessary to update your payment with any noted changes to your assessment value. CCMC and Alliance Association Bank are not related companies. To comply with privacy laws, we do not share personal information.

Updated Resident Portal (Single Sign-On for Electronic Payments) - Recommended

While all of the previous payment options you used are still available to you, with CCMC's new resident portal, BUURT, you can set up single sign-on (SSO) with Western Alliance Bank (WAB) to make payments, view your account balance, and access community information all in one place!  
 
After activating SSO, you can set up all these payment types directly from the portal: 
  • Recurring ACH Payments 
  • One-time and recurring electronic check payments 
  • One-time and recurring credit/debit card payments

Even though single sign-on will allow you to make payments through WAB from the BUURT resident portal, CCMC and WAB are not related to companies, and the payment portal is maintained by WAB.

Pay by Mail

When paying by mail, make checks payable to Valley Ranch Community Owners Association, Inc and make sure you include your account number on your check. Send your payment along with your statement stub to:

When paying by mail or through your online bill payment service, it is imperative that separate checks and
envelopes be used for each account.

Please make sure you mail your coupon/statement stub with your payment. Any payments that cannot be processed 
automatically by the payment processing service center will be processed by converting your paper check into an 
electronic check transaction.

Individual Bill Payment Services

If you are using a bill payment service through your bank or a third party, please review your account number and update the remittance address to:

Many bill payment services remit electronically, and the correct account number is essential for proper posting. If your assessment amount has changed, you must also update your account information with your financial institution. 

Previous Online Payment Options Through Western Alliance Bank (WAB)

If you decide not to register for an account in the CCMC portal and activate single sign-on for paying your assessment, you can still make the following payment types directly through Western Alliance Bank (WAB): 
  • Recurring ACH Payments 
  • Recurring Electronic Check Payments 
  • One-Time Electronic Check & Credit/Debit Card Payments 
 
Please note that these options require signing in directly to the previous WAB payment system here. If you have trouble with this account, please contact WAB directly at 1-844-739-2331. CCMC and WAB are not related to companies, and the payment portal is maintained by WAB. 
          
You will need the following information to complete this step for the first time:
  • Management Company ID (6675)
  • Association ID (6XD)
  • Your Property Account Number (XXXXXX)Your account number is 6 digits and can be found on the top of your account statement. If you do not know your account number, contact the Association office and ask for your account number: 210-688-0427.
 
Pay in Office:
  • Drop a check or money order off at the onsite office made payable to  
  • Valley Ranch SA
  • Drop a Check Or money order off in the drop box at the onsite office.
