Monika helps serve in a key community leadership role to enhance the resident experience, oversee daily operations, management, association direction, maintenance of assets, and so much more. As a Community Manager, Monika aims to create a bond between the Community and the Association and foster a welcoming environment for families to connect and grow. Her main responsibilities include:

  • Enforcement of the Governing Documents

Leslie Ramos
Assistant Community Manager

Leslie helps serve the community by helping the community follow CC&Rs and guidelines, conducting drives and inspections of residential properties, and preparing applications for the committee review. Her main responsibilities include:
 
  • Assisting with HOA Financials, Assessments, and Amenity Related Concerns
  • Acting as the Liason between the HOA and the VRSA ACC Review Committee
  • Assisting residents with ACC Applications and Submissions
  • Community Standards Inspection Drives
  • Working with Residents on Community Standards Violations
  • Being a friendly face in the office!

Jordan helps serve the community by planning and executing a wide range of events, activities, and programs for our Community. Jordan has helped create exciting programming at Valley Ranch, leading it to be named "Community of the Year" in the Mega Community Category by the San Antonio Chapter of the Community Associations Institute in 2023. Her main responsibilities include:
 
  • Planning Community Events
  • Communications (social media, e-news, website, etc.)
  • Sponsorships, Marketing, and Community Outreach
